With the growing awareness amongst employers of the need to provide REAL flexible solutions and the demand from candidates for a career that recognises the family our market segment is set to explode. Due to this growth and the need to take the company to the next level we are seeking applications for a General Manager to help lead this team to the new levels of success we wish to obtain. The successful applicant will have the following duties: Promote MUMS services in co-operation with Principle and Sales Staff. Liaise with Finance Department on Credit and Admin functions. Lead, Manage and Track Business KPI’s and ensure objectives & Targets are met. Lead & Manage the day-to day running of the business. Lead & Manage budgets Sales & Financials along with Directors\\\\\\\'. Lead & Manage Strategic Direction & Alliances along with Directors\\\\\\\'. Manage the application for funding and tenders across the board. Conduct monthly meetings and provide MD’s with monthly management reports. Act as a mentor for all employees. Lead the development of policy and procedures to ensure the delivery of quality service to employers, candidates and staff ensuring that Quality, OHS and Environmental issues meet with companies Vision, Mission and Ethics. On offer is a remuneration package that will grow with the business consisting of base salary, bonus structure for meeting KPIs, expenses and mobile phone.
